    After graduating as an Engineer I continued to law school in Europe.   In Canada my education started with Mortgage Agent, upgraded to Mortgage Broker, now Principal Broker & Owner of Mortgage Alternative license 12083 managed by my husband Robert.

    LISTING PRICE IS IMPORTANT 

    SELLERS SHOULD LOOK AT LISTING PRICE FROM A BUYERS POINT OF VIEW AND CONSIDER THE FOLLOWING:

    Buyers will view your property online and compare it to other similar properties comparing listing price the same as you do when shopping online.   Viewing choices are most often made before a Realtor is involved.   Would you book an appointment to view your property at this price?

     

    Before making an offer the Buyers Realtor may provide comparable listings, comparable sales, and your property history.   Would you want to make an offer on your property at this price?

     

    Buyers set a maximum price when they start a property search based on what they can afford.   If your listing price is higher, will this Buyer know your property is for sale?   

     

    The objective is NOT to list below market value or to sell for less money.   Sellers should try to list as close to real market value as possible in order to attract the most prospective buyers.
